A 20 gallon steam jacketed kettle with self contained natural gas steam supply.
This unit has a lid, water faucet for clean up etc. and a bottom drain for
removing product. This is the ultimate in jam making, no more scorched kettle
bottoms and a much lower pot to stir. $2500 Canadian (approx. $1750 US)
